Justin, you are about the 14th realtor we've worked with in the last 30 years and we would have to place you right up there as one of the BEST! You let us do as much of the searching as we wanted to do on our own. You made it easy for us by providing MLS listings, maps, aerials and realtor/seller comments. When we were really stuck trying to find something, you came trudging out into the snow to lead the way for us. After all your hard work, we ended up buying a land parcel that was for sale by owner and you accepted that most graciously. Not only that, you continued to work with us to then sell our home. Your suggested selling price was right on...you carried thru on all the marketing of our property...your office was great about setting appointments for viewing....you communicated with us regularly...you made yourself completely available to our questions as if we were the only clients you were working with! You really let people know that you enjoy your job. And you were able to tactfully answer those tough questions when we'd ask you things like: "What do you think?"; "What do you recommend?"; "How much lower/higher do you think they'll go?"
We enjoyed working with you and should we need realty services again, we would certainly hope you're still in the business! We wish you continued success and would be happy to put your name out should anyone ask us for a recommendation!
